Role Overview

• We are seeking a Membership Coordinator to oversee day to day operations, including adding new members and maintaining strong relationships with current members. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Controller, Service Manager, and Call Center Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and support all aspects of our membership program. The Membership Coordinator will help drive membership sales goals by delivering exceptional customer service, fostering effective communication, and ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

• Prior experience in an office setting, including customer service, inside sales, or accounts receivable.
• Strong aptitude for learning and navigating software systems; experience with Service Titan is a plus.
• Knowledge of the HVAC industry is helpful.
• Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong focus on customer service.
• Ability to work independently and complete assignments efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Proactive in auditing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to problems

• Communicate effectively with customers via inbound and outbound calls regarding billing and membership inquiries.
• Develop and manage membership recruitment and retention plans.
• Monitor and correct recurring maintenance service errors related to memberships.
• Review daily memberships sold for accuracy and update information as needed.
• Ensure accuracy in bi-monthly billing processes.
• Gain proficiency in the Membership setup within the Service Titan system, including running reports and reviewing data.
• Assist Customer Service Representatives by providing accurate customer lists for maintenance scheduling
