Why True Accord?

True Accord, a wholly owned subsidiary of TrueML, is a category-defining company. We combine machine learning with a human-based approach to transform debt resolution and to get people on the path towards financial health. Every year, more than 70 million Americans have negative experiences dealing with debt. We are changing this by providing personalized digital experiences that guide lenders and consumers through this challenging financial process.

With a world-class leadership team, passionate team members, and proprietary predictive models trained on years worth of transactional data, True Accord is well-positioned to deliver on a huge opportunity: helping millions of consumers to regain and keep their financial footing while lowering the cost of doing business for creditors across many industries.

As a Specialty Handling Specialist, you will be the engine behind daily back-office operations at True Accord, driving efficiency, accuracy, and seamless process execution. In this 100% back-office role, you will own ticket queues, maintain client portals, review legal media, and process payments without any consumer phone queues, scripts, or direct consumer contact. We are hiring to strengthen our operational capabilities, solve complex discrepancies, and deliver exceptional support to both internal teams and external clients in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage Workflows & Ticket Queues: Prioritize requests, drive daily ticket queue management, and meet client deadlines and service expectations.
  • Maintain Client Portals & Accounts: Upload, review, and maintain precise account information and documentation across internal systems and client portals.
  • Validate Records & Legal Media: Review account records, legal documentation, and attorney-related requests to guarantee total accuracy and compliance.
  • Execute Payments & Resolve Discrepancies: Process payments, update account records, research discrepancies, and keep core operational data current.
  • Process Operations Correspondence: Review and respond to client and internal communications promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate Across Functional Pods: Partner with cross-functional pods within Specialty Handling to balance workloads and adapt as business needs evolve.
Who You Are:
  • Detail-Oriented & Analytical: You take pride in producing top-tier work, identifying trends or patterns, and catching subtle errors.
  • Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable multi-tasking across software platforms, client portals, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and managing multiple system logins.
  • Self-Sufficient Learner: You quickly retain complex, specialized procedures and independently find solutions when challenges arise.
  • Accountable & Adaptable: You take complete ownership of your work, follow through on commitments, and comfortably adjust as priorities shift.
  • Education: You hold a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Prior

    Experience:

No prior back-office experience is required—we provide hands-on training for driven individuals eager to take initiative and grow!
