This opportunity is specifically intended for upcoming college graduates who will be available to begin full-time employment in June 2027. Henderson Building Solutions is seeking individuals ready to start their careers in construction project management as Project Engineers. This entry-level opportunity provides hands‑on experience supporting construction projects while learning from experienced professionals across project management, field operations, scheduling, safety, and preconstruction.

The Project Engineer performs routine aspects of field coordination, project management, and cost engineering in support of mission critical construction projects, with a focus on data centers. Working under close supervision, the Project Engineer applies basic engineering and construction principles while gaining hands‑on experience in the delivery of complex, fast‑paced projects.

The Project Engineer works closely with project teams and various departments to learn the fundamentals of construction project management, site operations, scheduling, safety, preconstruction, and cost management. They will support projects through coordination with clients, trade partners, engineers, and other project stakeholders while developing professional relationships and building their knowledge of the mission critical construction industry.

This position is intended as an entry‑level opportunity for individuals to gain foundational experience across multiple aspects of managing a construction project. Duties, project assignments, and travel requirements may vary based on project needs.

• Assist Project Managers with logistical tasks, including budgeting and client management.
