Brief Description
The Art Technical Coordinator is responsible for maintaining licensing pages for ecommerce and internal art production. The role works closely with Knights Apparel licensing supervisor to update information and communicate with creative and production art as well as retail services and sourcing departments. The coordinator will complete reports and perform other duties as assigned by the licensing manager.

EssentialDuties
- Maintain internal institution pages, working with other licensing personnel when updates are submitted from schools/events.
- Follow SOP for major updates for KA including:
- Scrub print/embroidery databases for affected art (if not using a new team code).
- Send list of affected art to production art to be revised for open orders.
- Maintain list of NHL players for proper code set up.
- Train licensing staff regarding Macintosh computers and Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop software, and any other applicable software updates for licensing personnel.
- Understand printing processes, art creation, order flow, graphic services.
- Set up new team and event codes for KA properties.
- Reset existing logo codes for different leagues and new team setups.
- Set hologram, logo codes, and colors for each new team code set up.
- Assist with team discontinuation and holds.
- Set garment colors to teams or leagues (existing or new).
- Maintain color information when a school/team has a color change.
- Assist in researching specific information for schools, events, or production issues.
- Review color standards for schools or special programs.
- Send information when a school has changed licensing companies affecting holograms and artwork submissions.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- College degree in commercial art or graphic art is preferred.
- One – three years of related work experience.
- Proficient in Macintosh, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
