A Customer Support Representative at ECS is known internally and externally for being responsive and dependable arm of the Inside Sales team. The consistency and accuracy of the Customer Service Representative while executing daily purchase orders, weekly backlog reports, and other reporting are vital to the day-to-day operations. As a part of the tenured Sales team at ECS, a Customer Support Representative would be in reliable communication with the Regional Sales Managers, Inside Sales Team, Order Fulfillment team and distribution customers to provide up-to‑date information about orders with confidence.

• Maintain accuracy when entering daily customer purchase orders efficiently
• Respond to internal and external requests reliably abiding by ECS’ response expectations
• Review backlog reports upon request utilizing historical and team knowledge to deliver a high standard of customer service
• Diligently execute sales order and purchase order changes carefully and with precision
• Collaboratively communicate with other departments to gain knowledge of the systems and processes
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
