We are hiring Customer Care Representatives to support Pay It's omni-channel customer support for Pay It's web-site tools. This is a great opportunity for individuals who take pride in delivering a reliable, professional customer experience and who thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. You will serve as a front-line support professional, supporting users through voice and written channels while providing clear, empathetic, and solution-oriented assistance.

• Assist customers with Pay Its web-site tools.
• Provide accurate and timely responses to inquiries about government services and transactions
• Provide clear, professional, and grammatically correct written communication
• Navigate multiple systems and applications efficiently
• Follow compliance, quality, and security standards
• Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings
• Support operational needs, including occasional schedule adjustments

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent grammar and attention to detail
• Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems
• Reliability, adaptability, and motivated to grow
• Prior customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
