Position Function: The Center-Based Paraprofessional assists in the implementation of intensive instructional programs, including assisting with daily living and behavioral skills, and sometimes providing medical care under the direction of a licensed nurse.
Qualifications Profile:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children, preferred
- Current Certification of Health, including negative TB test
- Completion of clear, criminal background check
Starting Salary
: $17.50/hour- commensurate with experience
Job Category:Classified, 174 workday calendar, 7.5 hrs/day (37.5 hrs/week)

Requirements:
- All employees must have a current TB test (Tuberculosis).If you've had a recent TB Test (less than 12 months ago) wecan accept a copy of your test results. If it's been more than 1 year ago, you will be required to obtain a new test. Employees are responsible for the cost of the test.
- Must submit pre-employment physical prior to first day of work.
