Our Life Science group is a collaborative team of engineers and architects focused on the design of mechanical and electrical systems within the bio‑pharma industry. Life Sciences offers the opportunity to work within an integrated team of architects, engineers, commissioning specialists, project managers, and construction managers.
Responsibilities- Design various electrical systems such as lighting, power, and low‑voltage specialty systems.
- Prepare construction documents for various electrical systems.
- Review shop drawings and RFI’s.
- Verify permitting and code requirements.
- Assist with facility evaluation and engineering studies.
- Assist with troubleshooting and commissioning.
- Other fun duties as assigned.
- BS in Architecture or Electrical Engineering.
- 0–2 years of experience.
- Adept at working on fast‑paced projects.
- Seeking a collaborative team environment to work in our multi‑disciplined office environment.
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
- REVIT experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk around the office for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
- Less than 10% travel to site for site visits.
- $74,000 to $80,000 based on location and experience level.
