Overview
Licensed Assistant Salon Manager – Sport Clips Haircuts, Lenexa, Kansas.
Compensation- Hourly pay: $26–$31 per hour (plus commission, tips, yearly bonus)
- Full‑time: 32 hours per week (Part‑time positions available as well)
- Yearly retention bonuses

- Paid vacation (2–3 weeks), paid professional development, referral bonus

License/Certification required:
Kansas Barber License or Kansas Cosmetologist License.
- Commission‑based pay protected by a guaranteed hourly rate
- Tip income deduction up to $25,000 (currently still subject to IRS guidance, tips must be reported)
