Responsibilities:

• Manage daily pharmacy operations with a focus on home infusion services
• Serve as the Pharmacist in Charge, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Lead and mentor pharmacy staff to maintain high standards of service and accuracy
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy and patient outcomes
• Maintain inventory control and oversee procurement of pharmaceutical supplies
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve pharmacy workflow and patient safety

Desired

Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist with active credentials and eligibility to practice in Kansas
• Proven experience as a Pharmacist in Charge, preferably in home infusion settings
• Strong leadership skills with a background in pharmacy management
• Comprehensive knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices
• Excellent communication and team-building abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
