You are the first person the guest sees. We are looking for an energetic and personable individual to fill this position. The host/hostess greets guests at the door, seats and presents clean menus in a friendly, professional, and quick manner. The individual quotes wait times and ensures guests are comfortable while waiting for their dining experience.

• Greets guests with a smile and presents menus as they are seated.
• Treats all guests to ensure their complete satisfaction and strives to exceed expectations.
• Takes names on a waiting list.
• Runs the floor plan board.
• Observes tables and tracks clean, dirty, and occupied status.
• Provides accurate wait‑time quotes when tables are not immediately available.
• Cleans, organizes, and stocks menus at the host area.
• Answers phone calls and answers questions concerning the menu and restaurant.
• Interacts with guests upon arrival and departure to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Maintains restrooms throughout the shift.
• Sweeps foyer and front entrance area frequently.
• Performs other duties as directed.
