We’re seeking a Bi‑lateral Recruiter (English + Spanish) to lead our talent acquisition efforts and shape the future of our workforce. You’ll oversee the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding — while building strong pipelines of top talent and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Screen and interview candidates, ensuring skills and cultural fit.
- Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes.
- Collaborate across departments to align staffing with client and business needs.
- Support employee retention through recognition programs and engagement initiatives.
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
