We are seeking a hands‑on HR professional to provide immediate, short‑term administrative and clerical HR support in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This is a temporary assignment designed to help stabilize HR operations and clear backlogs. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable working in the weeds with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative HR tasks including auditing, filing, scanning, and data entry
  • Format job descriptions, policies, and SOPs in MS Word and Excel
  • Clean up and organize electronic employee files; ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Input and maintain HR data in spreadsheets and HRIS systems
  • Assist with clerical projects to reduce workload pressure for permanent hires
  • Support payroll and benefits administration as directed (basic tasks only)
  • Provide flexible, task‑oriented support to meet immediate operational needs
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience (HR Coordinator or HR Generalist level)
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word and Excel (formatting, data entry, auditing)
  • Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
  • This is a classic temporary role with no contractual obligation beyond the immediate need
  • Focus is primarily on clerical and administrative tasks, not employee relations or strategic HRBP work.
