Recruiter (Temporary) at Unrivaled Teamwear
Job OverviewUnrivaled Teamwear is seeking a Temporary Recruiter to support full‑cycle recruiting efforts. This role will primarily focus on managing open requisitions from intake through offer, while also providing limited HR generalist support as needed. This is a hands‑on role suited for a recruiter who is comfortable operating independently, partnering with hiring managers, and moving quickly.

PrimaryResponsibilities/Accountabilities
- Manage full‑cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions across multiple departments
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify job requirements, timelines, and candidate profiles
- Post and manage job advertisements across applicable platforms
- Source candidates proactively using job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
- Screen resumes and conduct phone and virtual interviews
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the process
- Facilitate offer preparation and support pre‑employment steps in partnership with HR
- Maintain accurate recruiting documentation and applicant tracking records
- Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team during peak periods
- Assist with onboarding coordination for new hires
- Support basic employee documentation, reporting, or compliance tasks as assigned
- Help ensure recruiting and HR practices align with company policies and employment standards
- 4‑Year Degree in Human Resource Management, OR equivalent experience in Human Resources/Recruiting
- Prior experience in full‑cycle recruiting, preferably in a fast‑paced or manufacturing/warehouse environment
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously without dropping the ball
- Comfortable working with hiring managers at all levels of the organization
- High attention to detail and strong follow‑through
- Professional judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information
- Experience working in an HR generalist or hybrid recruiting/HR role
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms
- Working knowledge of basic employment practices and compliance requirements
This is a temporary assignment intended to support current business needs. While there is no promise or guarantee of permanent placement, the role provides broad exposure to recruiting and HR operations within Unrivaled Teamwear.
