Talent Manager, HR Manager
Adaptive Solutions Group is seeking a Director of Human Resources – Global Sales to join our team. This leadership role will partner closely with executive and regional teams to shape global HR strategies for sales-driven organizations. The ideal candidate is a seasoned HR professional with strong business acumen and experience supporting complex, fast-paced global operations.
ResponsibilitiesServe as a strategic HR business partner for global sales and retail functions, aligning people strategies with business objectives.
Lead global workforce planning and partner with regional HR leaders to drive talent acquisition, succession planning, and performance initiatives.
Oversee recruitment for key leadership and sales roles in priority markets.
Design and implement scalable onboarding, training, and performance frameworks that drive accountability and results.
Ensure consistent HR policies and compliance across multiple global regions.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to align systems, tools, and programs that enhance the employee experience.
Advise on compensation, incentives, and organizational structure to support sales performance goals.
Participate in system and vendor evaluations to ensure HR technology supports global workforce needs.
Required Qualifications10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience within sales-focused or service-oriented environments.
Proven success partnering with executives to develop and execute strategic HR and talent initiatives.
Strong background in performance management, organizational design, and leadership coaching.
Experience managing HR functions across multiple geographies and cultures.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills at all organizational levels.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting both wholesale and retail or multi‑channel sales structures.
Advanced proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office.
SHRM‑SCP, SPHR, or equivalent certification.
