IT ERP Manager – Applied Industrial Technologies
Responsibilities- Manage the ERP team, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Engage in daily stand‑ups and internal communications.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operation, support, and maintenance of the ERP system.
- Lead implementation of new ERP modules and enhancements to meet evolving business needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between business units and the ERP system.
- Evaluate and streamline existing business processes to maximize ERP capabilities.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend system‑driven solutions to improve data integrity and operational efficiency.
- Document business requirements, processes, and system configurations.
- Partner with finance, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, HR, and IT to ensure ERP solutions meet their needs.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and facilitate change management and user support through updates and transitions.
- Oversee all phases of ERP-related projects from planning to post‑launch support.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with IT and security standards.
- Develop and maintain ERP dashboards and reporting tools for stakeholders.
- Provide strategic insights based on system analytics and data trends.
- Strong technical background and project management skills, bridging IT and business operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of ERP management or administration experience (Epicor P21 or similar).
- Proven experience leading ERP implementations and system upgrades.
- Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and HR.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, etc.).
