PCG is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Lenexa, KS. In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to drive our organization's data strategy forward. You will provide valuable insights that support data‑driven decision‑making across all departments, optimizing business outcomes and fostering innovation.
Key Responsibilities Data Analysis and Interpretation- Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate data findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with leadership to define and implement analytics strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure data accuracy, quality, and integrity by implementing data validation and cleansing processes.
- Maintain and update data management systems to ensure reliable and efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Partner with IT, business intelligence, and analytics teams to integrate data solutions into business processes and applications.
- Work closely with stakeholders across departments to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Utilize data analysis and modeling tools (e.g., MS Fabric, SQL, Python, R) to conduct thorough data analysis.
- Employ data visualization platforms like Power BI to create clear and informative visualizations.
- Stay updated with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in data analytics.
- Recommend innovative solutions to improve system efficiency and performance.

Basic Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience (3+ years) in data analysis and interpretation
- Strong understanding of data analysis principles, statistical techniques, and data modeling
- Proficiency in data analysis and modeling tools (e.g., MS Fabric, SQL, Python, R)
- Proficiency in data visualization platforms like Power BI
- In-depth knowledge of relational database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business insights, both written and verbally.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to efficiently work with interdepartmental teams and other internal stakeholders
- Reflects the qualities of “Hungry, Humble, and Smart”
- Master’s degree preferred
- Professional certification in data analysis (e.g., Certified Data Management Professional, Microsoft Certified Data Analyst Associate) is highly desirable
- Local to the Kansas City Metro Area
