Join Cboe Global Markets as an Enterprise Applications Engineer on the Enterprise Infrastructure Services team. You will lead and manage projects, deliver world‑class service to internal clients, guide other engineers, and teach Cboe associates new ways of working with the applications we govern.

• Develop, administer, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Atlassian collaboration toolset (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Opsgenie, Bitbucket Data Center, Git Hub Cloud, JFrog Artifactory, and related backups and monitoring).
• Design and support the entire application stack, whether deployed as a Cloud SaaS solution, a Linux OS, or a virtual appliance.
• Guide business partners to adopt best practices, automate solutions, and provide statistics, documentation, and process for their day‑to‑day work.
• Share knowledge of newest technologies, programming tools, and application configurations with the team and the wider Cboe staff.

• 2+ years of experience working with Cloud solutions.
• Proven track record of production application system deployment and administration.
• Mastery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Strong experience with Power Shell, Power FX, JSON, XML, Python, and Groovy.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Active Directory/LDAP, RESTful API practices, Git, Docker, Postgre
  
  SQL, Salt, JFrog Artifactory, and Device

• Compassion for customer needs, ability to translate business requests into actionable plans, and leadership in improving engineer skillsets.
• Microsoft Power Platform Certifications (PL‑600 or PL‑900) and Atlassian certifications for Cloud Enterprise organization administration are a plus.

National new hire base pay range: $97,750 – $120,750. Geographic differentials may apply.
