About Us

Avenue Link is a performance-based digital marketing firm serving clients across the fintech and financial services space. We combine cutting-edge technology, smart marketing, and deep data analytics to connect consumers with personal loans and other credit and debt-related products.

Our secret is our people. Our team of talented developers, marketers, and analysts are what drive our performance forward. Every day, we come together with fresh ideas and turn them into real results. If you thrive on using data to solve big problems and love seeing your work make a tangible impact, you'll fit right in at Avenue Link.

The Role

We're looking for a Front-End UX Designer/Developer to help us optimize the way consumers interact with our lead generation forms. This role is all about reducing friction, improving usability, and maximizing conversion rates through hands-on front-end development. You'll combine UX thinking with strong technical skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, implementing changes directly while partnering closely with IT and Marketing to ensure updates are flexible, scalable, and maintainable.

This is a hands-on technical role in a small company environment, where you'll prototype, implement, and test new ideas directly in code. Then you'll measure real user behavior and iterate based on actual performance data. If you're excited by the challenge of continuously improving user experiences through direct implementation and driving measurable growth, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do
  • Build, test, and optimize lead generation forms and user flows using front end technologies to maximize conversion rates and minimize drop-off.
  • Develop clean, maintainable, testable and performant code that follows best practices using modern web technologies.
  • Rapidly prototype and implement new user flows, deploying changes to live environments and continuously iterating based on real-time performance metrics and user feedback.
  • Experiment with copy, images, layouts, and interaction patterns, working closely with analytics teams to interpret live user behavior data and translate insights into technical improvements.
  • Partner with IT and Marketing to build flexible systems that allow rapid iteration and isolated A/B testing without disrupting core functionality.
  • Present solutions, implementation approaches, and performance results to executives and cross-functional teams.
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of hands-on development experience with front-end coding technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular or similar).
  • UX/UI design experience or strong interest in user experience optimization.
  • Solid understanding of conversion-focused design principles, A/B testing methodologies, and curiosity to explore new approaches that drive measurable business results.
  • Proficiency with modern front-end development tools, version control, and AI-assisted coding environments (e.g., Cursor IDE, Git Hub Copilot).
  • Self-motivated individual who can work independently with minimal oversight and collaborate with internal teams on solutions and analysis.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles, mobile-first implementation patterns, and security best practices.
  • Experience implementing and maintaining common web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar) is a plus.
  • Experience with high-volume form flows, lead generation, or finance is a plus.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) is a plus.
  • Ability to write and optimize marketing copy and user-facing content is a plus.
Perks & Benefits
  • Highly competitive pay
  • Medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverage
  • PTO, sick time, and paid company holidays
  • 401(k) plan with company match
  • Flexible working arrangements (hybrid and remote options)

If you believe you're a good fit for this position, send along your resume and a cover letter. We look forward to hearing from you.
