IT Site Support Specialist

We are looking for an IT Site Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical assistance and dependable end-user support in Kansas. This contract opportunity with permanent potential is ideal for someone who enjoys solving hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a fast-paced environment. The person in this role will help maintain day-to-day technology operations while delivering a positive support experience across the site.

Responsibilities:

• Provide front-line technical support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity problems to minimize downtime for employees and business operations.
• Manage support requests through the ticketing system, ensuring accurate documentation, timely updates, and proper follow-through.
• Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, and other site technology equipment in alignment with company standards.
• Assist with user account support, device setup, and basic access-related issues to help employees stay productive.
• Support local technology infrastructure by identifying recurring issues, escalating complex problems, and coordinating with broader IT teams when needed.
• Contribute to system readiness by performing routine checks, updates, and maintenance on end-user technology and support tools.
