The Project Manager I is responsible for managing all aspects of assigned projects from planning through completion. This role coordinates project activities, schedules, resources, budgets, documentation, and stakeholder communications to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to customer expectations. The Project Manager I works closely with customers, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to drive project execution, manage risks, and maintain project quality throughout the project lifecycle.

• Manage projects from kickoff through completion while meeting schedule, budget, and quality objectives
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, documentation, and reporting
• Coordinate project activities between customers, vendors, contractors, and internal teams
• Manage project scope, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations
• Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and key metrics
• Drive project execution through completion and secure final deliverable approvals

• 3–5 years of Project Management experience
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and stakeholders
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer relationship management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project-related software systems

Physical Requirements

• Regular sitting, standing, walking, reaching, and use of computer equipment.
• Ability to review documents and drawings on computer screens for extended periods.
• Ability to occasionally climb stairs, bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
• Ability to safely lift and carry materials or office equipment weighing up to 20 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
