** Test / Assembler I
** you will be at the forefront of complex mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly, testing, and fabrication operations. You will take on a comprehensive range of tasks, ensuring precision and efficiency in both standard and non-standard environments. Your expertise will drive the continuous flow of work, ensuring high-quality production and adherence to safety and performance standards.

* What You Will Do:

**
* ** Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions
** to ensure accurate assembly.
* ** Operate hand tools, electrical tools, hand cutters, measuring equipment, and light equipment
** efficiently to perform assembly tasks.
* ** Maintain inventory of product
** in assigned workstations, ensuring materials are readily available for ongoing operations.
* ** Perform quality work checks**, identify product defects, and accurately record identified defects for corrective action.
* ** Rework and/or repair assembled equipment and products
** based on engineering specification changes to meet quality standards.
* ** Adhere to all quality standards and established safety procedures**, ensuring compliance and a high standard of work.
* ** Maintain a clean and safe work area**, promoting efficiency and safety.
* ** Lift up to 25 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation**, ensuring safe material handling.
** Qualification You Must Have:
*** Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline
