Responsibilities
As a Lead Operator, your responsibilities will include:

Coordinate daily manufacturing operations to ensure flawless production processes
Strictly adhere to safety protocols and quality standards
Train and mentor team members to improve their skills and performance
Coordinate with different departments to successfully implement production schedules
Troubleshoot and determine solutions for any production-related issues
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have:

Demonstrated background as a lead operator or in a comparable manufacturing position
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and safety regulations
Outstanding leadership and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment
High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
