Job Overview
As a MIG Welder
, you will play a key role in the fabrication and assembly of high-quality products that meet our rigorous standards for safety, durability, and performance. Using your expertise in MIG welding, you will interpret blueprints, follow precise specifications, and ensure that every weld meets quality and safety requirements.
Set up and operate welding equipment, inspect welds for quality and consistency, and collaborate closely with team members to meet production goals. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Read and understand mechanical drawings to ensure accuracy in every project.
QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent and 2–5 years of MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment. Proficiency in operating forklifts, overhead cranes, and other shop equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail, ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential.
Job Details- Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Shift: 6:00am-2:30pm
- Wage: $19.00-$20.00
- Benefits: Vision, Dental, Health, Life, & 401k
