• Operate machinery to help bring top-tier performance products to life

• Assemble parts and systems with care and precision

• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet our high-performance standards

• Load and transport materials within the production area

• Lift, move, and handle components safely and efficiently

• Communicate with teammates to meet daily goals and deadlines

• Stay focused and sharp to catch even the smallest defects

• Help maintain a clean, safe, and productive workspace

• A strong eye for detail

• A go-getter attitude with the ability to work independently

• Flexibility to work different shifts, overtime, or weekends

• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

• A high school diploma or GED

• Experience in production, assembly, retail, or customer service is a plus

• Full-time schedule:
  Monday-Friday
  
  • 6:00 AM-2:30 PM or 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

• Weekly pay

• Paid holidays

• PTO: 80 hours your first year, 120 hours your second
