• Provide quality nursing care per federal, state, and company standards based on resident acuity.
• Conduct daily rounds, assess condition and comfort of each resident.
• Ensure safety and follow infection‑control guidelines.
• Initiate procedures to protect residents from injury and infection.
• Assess changes in resident condition and implement appropriate interventions.
• Maintain communication with physicians, staff, families and allied health professionals.
• Oversee direct‑care staff and ensure tasks are completed.
• Communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
• Apply basic general math principles as required.
