Job Summary and Qualifications

• The role of the Registered Nurse is to perform patient care under the direction of the Nurse Manager/Director. The Registered Nurse provides therapeutic and administrative services necessary for the care of the patient, and in support of the mission of Overland Park Regional Medical Center. The Registered Nurse in 663 Antepartum provides care for adolescent patients between 12 to 17 years of age;

adult patients between 18 to 50 year.

• Night-Schedulehr shifts; 7p-7a plus rotating weekends); provide care to high-risk and stable, healthy mothers in a dynamic, fast-paced 25-bed unit; supportive leadership, robust skill development opportunities within L&D, Antepartum and Women‘s Surgical.

What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt required

• Basic Cardiac Life Support required

• Neonate Resuscitate must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
• (RN) Registered Nurse

Overland Park Regional Medical Center is a 340+ bed facility offering acute medical services to our patients. We are Johnson County’s only Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and Level II Trauma Center. We have an Accredited Stroke and Chest Pain Center. Our hospital is a premier area destination for Women‘s & Children’s healthcare services. We offer the region’s only Maternal Fetal Health Center to care for critically ill mothers and their babies.
