Overall Purpose

Responsible for in-process DHR records audit on production areas during process as well as completed DHR record review.

Quality Assurance Supervisor

• Ensuring quality and compliance within production by interacting with leads and others as needed to confirm adherence to DHR instructions and good documentation practices.
• Perform and follow up on GEMBA observations within operations to assure completion.
• Review completed DHR records to ensure correct and support product disposition.

• Quality Assurance Compliance – Responsible for the in-process audit of DHR records of medical devices. Responsible for spot checks of in process logbooks and other document requirements.
• Quality Review – Responsible for final DHR record review.
• Additional duties as needed to complete objectives.

• Must haves:
  Bachelor degree with at least 1 year of quality related assignments or production experience in a medical device or pharmaceutical industry; or, a combination of study and experience (Associate degree with 3 years of experience or High School diploma with 5 years of experience).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Detail oriented. Ability to work in a team or independently with minimal supervision.
• Computer literate (i.e. Microsoft Office, Track wise, Inventory Systems Proficiency.
• Wants:
  Knowledge of GMP.

Physical Effort:
Work requires moderate physical exertion. Regularly lifts or moves medium weight objects by hand. May require recurring bending, crouching, stretching, or reaching. May walk, sit, or stand immobile for prolonged periods.
