We are currently seeking a  
** Scientist I (Lab Analyst I)
** for our  
** ligand binding assay
** group (LBA) **.
** As a  
** Scientist I (Lab Analyst I)
** you will support the validation and use of analytical methods through sample processing and analyzation, calibration, data reporting, and quality control testing.

* What You Will Do:

*
* You will contribute to scientific operations activities, taking responsibility for your deliverables and working collaboratively.

Key responsibilities include:

+ Performing routine laboratory tests in support of LBA method validation studies on behalf of pharmaceutical and biotechnology partners.

+ Learning and utilizing various sample preparation techniques for performing ligand-binding assays like ELISA, PK, ADA, and biomarker assays

+ Learning operation, analysis, and maintenance of LBA instrumentation and systems.

+ Assisting in data analysis and troubleshooting experiments with your team.

+ Keeping the lab organized, instruments calibrated, and quality standards top of mind.

+ Recording and documenting test results accurately, ensuring data integrity and compliance with quality standards like GLP.

* You will bring relevant scientific operations experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.

Required qualifications and experience:

+ Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or a related scientific field.

+ 1+ years of experience in a laboratory environment, preferably in clinical research or a related industry.

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to follow protocols and maintain accurate records.

+ Basic proficiency in laboratory techniques and equipment operation, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.

+ Good communication and teamwork abilities, with a proactive approach to supporting team objectives and deadlines.
