• Greet guests with a smile and provide polite and pleasant service.
• Demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude with co‑workers and guests.
• Ensure every guest receives great service and food while working with a sense of urgency.
• Work well with other management and teammates, cooperate and help others when needed.
• Take action proactively, willing to go above and beyond what is simply required.
• Model that customer needs are the highest priority and resolve complaints quickly while maintaining positive customer relations.
• Ensure team members present a neat and clean appearance and correctly wear the company uniform.
• Ensure all team members complete tasks assigned in a timely and accurate manner.
• Lead team as Manager in Charge, ensuring company standards regarding service, food safety, and general procedures are met, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Actively participate in training and development of team members.
• Assist with profit and loss management, follow cash control procedures, maintain inventory and manage labor.
• Provide regular feedback to the RGM and other management on team performance.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• One-year restaurant experience required with proven lead experience on all shifts.
• Must maintain a current health card according to state or local requirements.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Must be able to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must be able to pass Serv Safe Certification Course and Exam.
