Stoney River Steakhouse and Grill is an upscale steakhouse, specializing in scratch‑made cuisine, attractive ambiance, and genuine hospitality.

We invest in our leaders from day one. Managers participate in a 10‑week, hands‑on training program designed to immerse them in every aspect of our operation. They will work side‑by‑side with culinary and service professionals, gaining real experience, building relationships, and developing the confidence to lead.

The manager will ensure seamless integration of front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations. This position will deliver exceptional customer service, maintain high standards of food quality, and optimize operational efficiency. The manager will possess a versatile skill set, including food service management, team leadership, and proficiency in POS systems. They will assist the General Manager or Assistant General Manager with planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and delegating responsibilities to hourly employees.
