We are seeking a talented and motivated Brand Merchandiser & Marketing Manager to support our golf division’s growth. This dynamic, hands‑on role is ideal for an ambitious individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is eager to develop skills across multiple business functions. You will be responsible for leading and executing our product merchandising and GTM marketing initiatives designed to drive brand engagement, sales and profitability for our growing golf division.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities Merchandising Support
  • Product Line Support:
    Leads the development and execution of seasonal merchandise plans, including product assortment, pricing, and placement strategies.
  • Inventory Coordination:
    Support the management of inventory levels, monitor product performance, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and stock replenishment.
  • Market Analysis:
    Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new trends and opportunities in the golf apparel industry.
  • Cross‑Functional

    Collaboration:

    Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure product offerings align with brand strategy.
Marketing Execution
  • GTM (Go‑to‑Market) Tools:
    Conceptualize and develop marketing tools for our sales partners, including sales sheets, presentations, and product knowledge guides.
  • Catalog Production:
    Lead the creation and coordination of seasonal product catalogs, from concept and content gathering to layout and printing.
  • Trade shows and Events:
    Assist with the planning and execution of industry trade shows and special events, including logistics, booth setup, and on‑site brand representation.
  • Visual Merchandising:
    Work with the retail and sales teams to create visual merchandising guidelines and appealing product displays for trade shows and retail partners.
  • Promotional

    Activities:

    Support the execution of promotional campaigns, including managing Point‑of‑Sale (POS) materials and tracking performance.
Experience/Skills/Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in apparel merchandising or marketing, role (internship experience is applicable).
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A passion for the game of golf and knowledge of the golf apparel market is a significant plus.
  • Graphic design skills using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or InDesign are preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
