Position SummaryA Shift Supervisor supports the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through a focus on excellent customer service.
Essential Functions- Supervise the store crew through assigning, directing, and following up on all activities.
- Communicate information effectively between store management and crews.
- Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints and promote a positive shopping experience.
- Handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy and maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
- Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays and signage, and reset departments following POGs.
- Support store operations run smoothly during manager or Operations Supervisor absence.
- Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills, and computer skills.
- Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
- Experience as a retail supervisor.
High School Diploma or Equivalent—Preferred but Not Required.

The typical pay range for this role is $16.50 – $24.00 per hour.
