Trillium Staffing Solutions has a Direct Hire opening for Inside Sales Support in Lenexa, KS
.

This Inside Sales Support role is responsible for supporting the outside sales representatives, maintaining an accurate calendar for appointments, creating/completing order and quote requests, and communicating with customers via phone and email regarding follow-up appointments, lead follow-ups, and qualification of new customers.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Salary range is $23.50 – $25.00 per hour depending on experience. Annual bonus potential of $2,500. This is a direct-hire position offering a full benefits package including insurance, 401K, and paid time off.

• Support the outside sales representatives by maintaining appointment calendars and handling order and quote requests.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding follow-up appointments, lead follow-ups, and qualification of new customers.
• Manage basic customer interactions, ensure accurate data entry, and assist with CRM activities.

• Prior experience in a sales-driven environment.
• Experience with inbound and outbound communication to business customers.
• Proficiency with CRM software (SAP preferred).
• General computer skills and experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office software.
