Responsibilities- Drive new business opportunities by strategically targeting ideal customer profiles within your designated territory.
- Understand clients' business objectives and challenges, and effectively articulate alternative perspectives to traditional customer thinking.
- Collaborate with technical and support teams to develop customized solutions tailored to clients' specific requirements.
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow‑up.
- Negotiate contracts, submit proposals, and maintain account documentation.
- Promote all products and solutions to new and current clients through prospecting and cold calling, targeted accounts, and lead resources.
- Sales driven, competitive, positive and goal oriented.
- Strong desire to work in a customer‑focused environment with excellent time management and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience in VOIP, Telephony, IT, cybersecurity, Business Consulting or related fields is a plus, but not required.
- Strong prospecting skills.
- Proficiency in sales tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar).
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Total compensation ranges from $60,000 to $150,000 or higher. Average first‑year earnings between $60‑70k with opportunities to exceed $100k within 2‑3 years. Additional compensation includes a cell phone allowance, vehicle allowance, and uncapped paid time off.
