We are looking for high-energy, goal‑driven individuals who enjoy meeting new people and providing solutions that help businesses succeed. This territory‑based sales position requires local travel daily and offers a lucrative, uncapped commission plan plus bonuses, contests, trips, team events, a competitive benefits package, and rapid growth opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Promote a diverse portfolio of technology solutions including office equipment, interactive boards, managed IT services, VOIP, managed print services, and business supplies to new and existing clients through prospecting, cold calling, targeted accounts, lead resources, and referrals.
  • Manage accounts and achieve expected business results on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Introduce new products, offer promotions, and assist the customer service team to resolve customer issues.
  • Handle contract negotiation, submission, and account documentation.
  • Collaborate with specialists as a liaison to complete projects and continue building and leveraging relationships with existing accounts.
Requirements
  • A proven track record of success in sales, business development, customer service, account management, or a related field that requires prospecting and handling high rejection.
  • Competitive, positive, and goal‑driven attitude.
  • Strong desire to work in a customer‑focused environment with excellent time management and problem‑solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; must pass a criminal background check.
Compensation & Benefits

Total compensation ranges from $60,000 to $150,000+ annually, with average first‑year earnings of $60–70k and potential to exceed $100k within 2–3 years. Additional compensation includes a cell phone allowance, vehicle allowance, and uncapped paid time off.
