Territory Sales Representative, Beef Monitoring – Plains​/Western

• Grow sales within assigned territory through direct sales to feedlots and back grounding operations
• Collaborate with Animal Health representatives to create targeted sales strategies and action plans
• Establish and maintain relationships across all levels of beef operations management
• Develop and implement account plans to manage long-term sales opportunities
• Demonstrate leadership by fostering collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders

• High School Diploma or equivalent and five years of relevant industry experience OR a four-year college degree OR a two-year animal science specific degree
• Minimum of 3 years of combined work experience in Sales, Sales Management, or Marketing roles in agriculture
• Strong knowledge of the US beef industry, particularly the confined fed cattle market
• Proven selling and negotiation skills with the ability to build business relationships
• Exceptional oral, written, and presentation communication skills

• Experience in the feedlot industry or technology sector
• Demonstrated aptitude for quickly learning about beef production
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required
