Job Description
Insulation Installer
Location: Lenexa, KS
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Full-Time)
Pay: $22-30 DOE
We are looking for hardworking and dependable Insulation Installers to join our team. In this role, you'll install all types of insulation in residential and commercial buildings, with a strong focus on new construction and multi‑family projects. This is a full‑time, year‑round position – hot, cold, humid, or freezing. You’ll be on your feet and working.
RequirementsMust have at least 1 year of insulation or construction experience
- Must be 21+ years old
- Valid driver’s license required
- Able to use a tape measure and basic hand tools
- Good physical condition – able to be on your feet all day and lift insulation materials
- Must be dependable, show common sense, and work well with a crew
- Willing to work in all weather conditions
- Install insulation in walls, ceilings, and floors per project specs
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite
- Follow safety protocols and building codes
- Work efficiently to meet daily and weekly goals
- $20/hr starting with 1 year of experience
- Up to $30/hr for experienced installers
- Additional incentives based on square footage installed
- Temp-to-perm role with room to grow and earn good money
