What You’ll GetCompetitive Pay
: $24–$35/hr base plus overtime and bonus opportunities for safety, referrals, spot performance, and company performance

Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts with overtime potential

- 3+ years of commercial electrical experience (new construction preferred)
- Solid understanding of electrical systems, installation, and layout for new builds
- Strong troubleshooting skills and safe work practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
- Professional communication with GCs, clients, and team members
- Valid driver’s license and a team-first attitude
- Install, wire, and maintain electrical systems in new commercial construction projects
- Perform service, layout, and installation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborate with GCs, foremen, and other trades to ensure project success
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and maintain safety and quality standards
- Represent Teague Electric with professionalism and pride on every job site
