Lead Home Service Technician​/Handyman

Lead Home Service Technician / Handyman – responsible for general home service tasks and leading a team of technicians.

• Provide general home services including carpentry, drywall, flooring, painting, minor plumbing and electrical work.
• Lead and supervise a team of technicians; assign jobs and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Perform bathroom and kitchen upgrades/remodels, floor installation, dry‑wall repair, painting interior and exterior.
• Assist customers with home assessments, provide estimates and complete repairs.

• 10+ years paid experience in general carpentry and handyman work.
• Proficiency in bathroom and kitchen remodels, drywall repair/patching, flooring installation, general carpentry, painting, minor plumbing, electrical, and general home repairs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Standard tools and equipment.
• Legal U.S. citizenship.
