You’ll be the Project Manager’s eyes and ears on‑site, leading technicians through water, fire, and other mitigation work. You’ll make sure every job is done right, documented well, and left clean. This is a great next step for an experienced technician ready to lead, and a path toward project management.

What You’ll Do

  • Set up jobs according to the PM’s mitigation plan, including extraction, demo, containment, drying equipment placement, and cleaning
  • Take and record moisture readings, photos, and daily logs accurately and on time
  • Monitor drying progress and adjust or recommend equipment changes to the PM
  • Track crew hours, equipment, and materials used on each job
  • Spot scope changes or problems on‑site and report them to the PM right away
  • Be a professional, courteous presence with homeowners and property managers
  • Train and coach technicians on safety, IICRC standards, and company procedures
  • Keep vehicles, equipment, and job sites clean, organized, and safe

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of water/fire mitigation experience
  • IICRC WRT certification (ASD preferred, or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
  • Experience leading or training a crew
  • Comfort with moisture meters, thermal imaging, and mobile documentation apps
  • Valid driver’s license and clean MVR

  • Ability to participate in an on‑call rotation and respond to after‑hours emergencies
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in crawlspaces, attics, and other confined spaces
