* * Will Do:
* You will build, integrate, and deploy a variety of software projects, from Windows applications to embedded software for galley systems.
* You will gain exposure to systems engineering principles and understand how software fits into the bigger picture of product development.
* You will work in a hands-on engineering environment where you can turn classroom knowledge into real solutions.
* You will contribute directly to active programs and R&D projects at Collins Interior Systems.
* You will take ownership of your own project tasks or subprojects, with mentorship from experienced engineers.
* You will collaborate with global teams across our sites in the Netherlands, India, and the Philippines.
* You will participate in key software lifecycle activities, including code reviews, documentation, testing, and validation.

Qualifications
** You
* * Must Have:
* Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships).

* A self-starter who enjoys hands-on problem solving and has a passion for Python and/or C programming.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to analyze hardware/software test requirements and translate them into actionable development tasks.
