Route Driver (Non-CDL)

Delivery Manager

Full-time, Monday thru Friday

• Come to work on time; 5 : 00am
• Be able to drive to retailers in the Kansas City area in a 24ft straight truck.
• Follow route directions in order to deliver products to customers
• Obtain the correct money and signatures of the delivered product
• Interact with customers and stock products in some stores.
• Communicate with company members to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Complete deliveries in a timely fashion.
• Works safely at all times.

• Lifting, pulling, and pushing various cases up to 50 lbs.
• Use of a two-wheeler.
• Knowledge of the city is a plus.
• Great communication and people skills.
• Basic knowledge of a handheld device and computing skills.

• Required to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly throughout the shift.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. overhead periodically.
• Squatting, bending, reaching, and walking for long periods.
• Pass DOT Physical to obtain Medical Card.

• Valid Class E driver’s license (if you reside in MO).
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card and have a clean driving record.
• Pallet jack / lift truck certification is a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to pass a Drug Test and Background Check.
