Warehouse Facility Transfer Driver

This position is an integral part of the Receiving team, being the primary resource who is responsible for coordinating and executing product transport between facilities and internal moves within the Distribution Center. This person will also be responsible for inbound receipt, verification and proper put away of small parts and equipment in a timely and accurate manner while following proper quality & safety guidelines.

This position is critical for ensuring correct quantity of products are being received against correct purchases orders to maintain financial requirements and inventory levels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Transporting Products (60%)

* Responsible for completing scheduled location moves for order fulfillment

o Including Meritex caves facility and Service Center.

* Responsible for daily KS moves from external location (Meritex) for order fulfillment.

* RGA Coordination

o Works with Service Center to retrieve product & process returned goods back into stock.

* Coordinate with inbound team for overflow storage off-site (Meritex and/or storage trailers).

* Designated driver for Ford F-150 and Box Truck.

o Responsible for fueling and coordinating service with Inventory Supervisor.

Receiving Support (40%)

* By use of forklift unload inbound materials

* Review and report discrepancies and/or damaged items

* Create inbound marker scan detail

* By use of forklift move to appropriate storage location pending audit & verification

* Audit by scanning in order to visually verify proper product and count of items. Report any

discrepancies.

* Place items into stock based on primary stocking locations

* Proactively monitor, correct and update items being put into stock
