Warehouse Operator

Location: Lenexa, KS
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Sirius Staffing is seeking a Warehouse Operator for a long-term contingent opportunity with our client located in Lenexa, KS. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, retrieval, shipping, and cycle counting of raw and finished materials for both internal and external customers. You’ll also assist with housekeeping, maintenance, and special projects as assigned by the Lead and Logistics Manager.

• Receive, store, retrieve, and ship raw and finished materials
• Perform cycle counting and inventory management tasks
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities to support daily operational needs
• Support special projects and logistics initiatives as assigned

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of warehouse experience preferred
• Must be able to pass an MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check — required for offer
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs regularly and 50 lbs up to 60 times in a 12-hour shift
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to understand and speak English
• Willingness to obtain forklift certification (if not already certified)
• Familiarity or willingness to learn ISO, GMP, OSHA, DOT, and IATA regulations

• All required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including steel-toe boots, safety glasses, and safety vest
• Supportive team environment with opportunities to learn and grow
• Stable full-time hours (40 hours/week, Monday–Friday)
• This position requires a standard physical exam due to job duties.
• Forklift operation is a required part of this role.
• No exposure to blood, viruses, or chemicals requiring special PPE.
• This is not an animal handling position.
