What You'll Do- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently
- Stock and organize batteries in the warehouse
- Accurately pull, stage, and check customer orders
- Maintain clean and well-organized warehouse areas
- Help manage inventory counts and documentation
- Communicate clearly and work closely with team members
- Follow all safety policies and promote a culture of care and accountability
- Valid driver's license required (Class E or MED card preferred—company will pay for the MED card)
- Organized, dependable, and thrive in a fast-paced, hands‑on environment
- Takes initiative, pays attention to details, and enjoys helping others
- Previous warehouse or delivery experience
- Reliable and punctual, with strong work ethic
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable using basic computer and inventory systems
- Ability to meet physical demands (lifting, standing, loading)
- Positive team player who's flexible and coachable
