The Warehouse Associate is responsible for executing daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping/receiving. This role supports the flow of goods through the warehouse and ensures that shipments are accurate, timely, and handled safely. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders, including domestic, international, and palletized shipments.
• Receive and inspect inbound inventory; verify quantities and report discrepancies.
• Put away inventory and perform transfers between locations.
• Conduct routine inventory cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
• Strive for 100% error-free execution in all shipping and receiving functions.
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse by organizing supplies, restocking, sweeping, and trash removal.
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and pallet stackers.
• Use basic computer applications for shipping, receiving, and inventory functions.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with warehouse colleagues and other departments.
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
