Shipping & Receiving Clerk

SUMMARY

Verifies and keeps records of incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment by performing the following duties to quality and productivity standards.

• Manage raw material and critical supply inventories.
• Maintain and clean inventory area, organization, racking, cycle counting, reporting, and monthly inventory accounting.
• Handle all outbound shipments.
• Pack product for shipment and arrange transportation services.
• Use UPS / Fed Ex software effectively and provide summary reporting when requested.
• Perform general housekeeping, maintenance, and organization of the dock and inventory areas.
• Maintain hands‑on cleaning and maintenance, coordinate with other departments and outside waste disposal vendors.
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Shipping and warehouse experience preferred.
• MS Office proficiency.
