• Manufacturer or prep parts in accordance with Cobalt standards.
• Follow all safety and quality guidelines while continually exceeding customer standards.
• Read and understand paperwork to ensure proper steps are followed.
• Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
• May work in a team setting or individually to complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment by complying to safety and 5s standards.

• Education and/or
  
  Experience:
  
  High School diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Some positions require the ability to pass Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT).

  Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
• Mathematical
  
  Skills:
  
  General math skills required.
• Reasoning Ability:
  Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions; ability to deal with problems involving variables in procedures and/or environment.
• Work Environment:
  Safety glasses required at all times; gloves available and may be required depending upon position.
• Other PPE may be required depending upon workstation; typical 10-hour workdays, frequent overtime required.
