Position: 2nd Shift Casters.

Location:

Lenoir City, TN.

Hours:

10 hours/day, 4 PM‑2:30 AM, Monday‑Thursday; mandatory overtime Fridays and Saturdays as needed.

Starting $20.00/hr with 10% shift differential. Incentive pay available; retention bonus of $1,000 after 90 days of employment.

Polymer concrete casters at Hubbell Lenoir City cast covers or boxes on individual mold platforms. Responsibilities include mixing and pouring polymer concrete, incorporating fiberglass and rebar for reinforcement, and preparing molds of various sizes. Safety gear required: protective eyewear, hard hats, earplugs, and leather steel‑toed shoes.
